Hi,

I was looking on Ebay for Stanley Bedrocks, I came across several parts. It seems that some sellers are breaking up planes, maybe to make more cash.

I think this is bad behaviour, but what the folks on here think of this?

Frog £18.10
Lever cap £17.40
Body £10.83

£46.33 for plane parts

All sold to three bidders - thats one tool that will never be whole again.

It's been much discussed on forums over the years.

Hi

look at it from another point of view it might now mean that there is a possibility that three other old planes can now be restored back into use.hc
