Good day to all
I am new to this site. I am in the process of building a drum sander. For this I require a 12" (300mm) wide sanding belt 48" (1200) long, 80-120 grit. This belt is not used for sanding but for the conveyor table.
I can source a belt from Axminster but only 400 mm wide.
My questions are:
Is there a UK supplier that does the 12 x 48 belt?
Is it possible to cut the Axminster belt down to size? I am worried about tracking of the cut down belt.
