Good day mates

Nowadays, not much of woodworking...getting ready for the Polish winter so, we are wrapping all the planters with a special cloth that will protect the soil from freezing down to -20°c.

so, that's the time to improve some small things around the garage...

For long time I was looking for some "reference line" to set the Drill Press fence distance precisely and today I made it.

I used 8mm rod, measured with caliper but, you can use any diameter.
And, because I used 8mm rod I used 4mm drill bits (half the dia) as you will see

And the rest is on the pics

Regards
niki

Niki, Thanks again for another great post.

Polish winters sound a bit fierce with soil freezing at -20 !! Wrap up warm :)

Cheers :)

I'm so sorry :) as I said "no much of woodworking for me" but I really have to take into consideration that you guys are working on projects and don't have the time to build jigs...

But it's here and when you'll have time...just "click on it"...

Yes they are...already we have "zero" at night...that's why my house walls are 380mm thick :)

Well, not much to do when at 15:30 it's already dark, the garage is not heated....but, I always can go and "warm-up" by removing the snow from the drive-way... :)
