Drill bits on ebay

Hi everyone,
I was just browsing on eBay and came across a set of drill bits, sizes from 1 to 3 mm in steps of half mm. Underneath it said - as these are measured manually there may be a 2 to 3 mm error in the sizes. ??????

Interesting. Also the set contains 10 of each size, and all for £2.30 buy it now. ( From Hong Kong). I think I'll give it a miss.

Just recently bought a similar set, 150 bits from 0.4mm to 3.2mm for £9.20 and they work well enough. Only on soft woods i.e. MDF, ply, spruce and lime, all used to make dolls houses and 1/12th scale furniture.
Tried a 0.5 mm on 1/2 inch oak and it went through with no trouble which pleasantly surprised me
Used in a Minicraft drill - like a Dremel but smaller,
