Roger, I hope you only did this once and not three times.
I also hope that you do not need to ply a whole new sheet of ply just to remake the bases.

.....and in the same vein, when assembling a canoe kit, I must remember to make a left and a right hand panel (book fashion) and not 2 left sides. I can remember desperately pulling out copper nails (which had been bent over) and prising the joints apart with the aerolite glue already a very "stiff jelly" consistency and spending ages cleaning it all up and starting again, carefully trying to put new copper nails through the same holes.

We all have to "burn before we learn". :lol:
