Do you clean your air filter mask?

Would I be wrong to assume that moisture inside my face mask is likely riddled with bacteria after a while? I drain away the excess and remove the filters and clean it but wondered if anyone else bothers?

Yes. I have only got one of those Dust Be Gone surgical look masks but I rinse it out every time I finish work. It keeps it clean and fresh but, when I get a better mask I'll still routinely clean it, if only for personal comfort.

I have a 3M Mask think its a 6000 series and I take it all apart and wash it regularly. Can't do anything for the actual filters thou.

Hi I take the filters off mine and put the body in the dishwasher - gets right inside the crevices on the silicone rubber moulding a treat
