It's too bad the seller didn't include "DW735" in the listing title. I think the DW735 is the best selling benchtop thicknesser in the US. If DeWalt offered a 230V version for Europe, as it does for Australia, it might become a best seller.

Now that you mention it, a few years ago I remember seeing Russian vendors selling the DW735X. I don't remember the price, but the shipping to Germany was over €1,000. I think the shipping from Australia was about the same, and in both cases the import duties would have been punishing.

I bought a NIB one from the US a few years back. They sent it through their global shipping program and only cost be about £400... result.. Sold on through ebay a month later though.
