Decking with a view

Some decking I laid earlier in the summer. These were hard days in 25 degrees of heat. Plenty of water and sun screen!

The deck was on top of a reinforced roof above a garage which had been freshly fibreglassed.

My assistant came up with the pattern, I just tweaked it slightly. The fencing panels are from Jacksons online and we're very expensive but they are guaranteed for 25 years apparently.

Nice job, I want to do something similar myself. How did you reinforce the roof? What fibreglass product did you use? Did you put anything on the bearers to protect the roof?.
