Custom charges

I've just ordered some things (total price around 75 euro) from Dieter Schmid. Am I likely to have to pay some sort of custom charge or does being EU negate that?

I'm the UK by the way.

I have used Dicktools who are also in Germany and not had to pay any extra duty, they do charge VAT at the time of purchase though.

And stuff from them usually arrives in 4-5 days
