Just been bidding on one on ebay and my max bid of 150 didn't make the reserve and knowbody else was bidding, whats the value of these saws does anyone know as i may email and make a fresh offer??

It's worth whatever it's worth to you bearing in mind what a new one would cost - i.e. anywhere from 1/3 to 2/3's of new price in my book depending on condition, provenance and how desperately you need one and how close it may be.
