Curing subfloor damp prior to laying hardwood flooring

I am about to lay 22mm solid oak floor using rewmar flooring adhesive over a bitchumen screed however in a few areas there are cracks within the screed checking with a moisture meter this morning in these cracks moisture varies from 12% up to 40% has anyone used a product to repair the cracked areas prior to laying?

i would have thought you should use a latex dpm over the screed?

God, is that floor ready for a wooden floor, especially solid wood? We were advised to not start acclimatising till a plastic bag held down on the floor overnight (I think it was over night) didn't show any condensation...
