they are big holes!!

depending on quants obviously but a chamfer bit and router would do the trick.

Thanks fellas for the replies.

I had not thought of using my router with a chamfering bit, and will give this ago.

I have drilled the holes in my new workbench top, ready to use with Richard's holdfasts and a Veritas surface clamp. I think a small chamfer will help to protect the edges.

Must post some more WIP pictures of my bench, which is coming along nicely.
