Copy Rings for Festool 1400 Router

I purchased a copy ring for 1400 with what I thought was a 17mm OD, its a 21MM OD but the link below explains why

I will swap it out tomorrow........... anyway my question is

I have purchased two Titman router bits for dovetailing they are Leigh equivalents L125 and LDC175 one is a straight cut for hogging off the bulk of the wood before I dovetail. During my research to my problem above I discovered that I can get Leigh bush adapter for my Festool 1400 , Axminster also do a similar adapter. Is there any benefit to using the Leigh bush adapters over and above the copy ring I intend to use ?
