Can any of you guys recommend a 10" circular saw that will give a clean cut.
I will be mounting it in a Clarks 10" saw table.
Thanks for any advice. All new to this.

As with all saws the quality of cut will be down to the quality of the blade used.
To get a hand held saw that size to use in a table. You will be paying for stuff you don't need. Personally a proper table saw would be the way forward :)

Hi, Chaps

I think he is asking about a 10" saw blade to go in his Clarke table.

Spot on. Just want to know what would be the blade to get for a cleen cut without spending a fortune.
It's only for hobby and DIY.

Then it depends what you are cutting. Assuming you aren't really going to try to cut 3" elm on it, then 40T ATB would be a good starting point. It will crosscut reasonably cleanly and also rip thinner material, up to about 2". It's not ideal for laminates, you need more teeth for that, nor is it suitable for ripping thicker stuff, you need fewer teeth, but it will do as a good compromise for many tasks. Ask Doug Perry at Cutting Solutions for his advice. He sells good blades at very attractive prices.

ah ok. i assumed that you were looking at a handheld circular saw to fit upside down on a table.

+ 1 for cutting solutions blades.
