Of course the above company doesn't advertise it's wares in that magazine, does it?
Dom

 Normally I'm as cynical as they come, but that thought hadn't occurred to me. I think they are sold exclusively by Screwfix, and a copy of the screwfix catalogue on cd came free with the mag.... :?

That's interesting, I recently bought a Worx router to use with my EZ SRK and was very impressed with it. The CS I currently use with my EZ is a nasty old Wickes thing, ok, when it's used on the EZ rails I get perfectly straight, tearout-free cuts, but the depth of cut isn't great and the DX is dreadful. Perhaps it's time to add another huge, chunky Worx carrycase to the ever diminishing space under my worktable! :)

You might want to talk to Colin C first - I think he's considering changing because of dust extraction.

Did some one call :)

I have the Worx saw and I do like it a lot but I got a rage saw cheap and have just started trying that.

The Worx saw is very good but I will have to do some more tests with the Rage to see if it is as good with DX as I think it is, as the blade is covered.

I will still use the Worx saw as it has a much better depth of cut than the Rage ( about 10mm more ).

If you add the dust cover to the front of the saw you use on the EZ, it will make a big difference to the DX but as I will be using my saw a lot.

I am also thinking of trying one of the Hilti saws as the US users of it and the EZ think it is the best combo. :-k

You cant go wrong with the Worx saw as far as I am concerned and will not be getting rid of it just yet

I will have to see. :)

I hope that helps

cheers everyone for your repsonces so far, i will have a look at all the saws you mentioned festool, makita, mafell, worx, rage, did i miss any out.

All the best
