Thought I'd have another go with a different wood this time. I also jam chucked it to reverse and finish and turn the detail in the end of the handle.

i like that, but (not that I am in a position to criticize) I think that I would prefer the scoop part to be a little longer.
 
I like it, lovely bit of Cherry too, such a pretty wood.

When turned the "bowl" was perfectly round.

I agree...from the photo it does...in real life however.....totally different :)

That is the only problem with photo's the amount of times I have taken a picture and the grain does not pop like it does in the flesh :roll:
