Cellulose on Bowls

Is it Safe to use Cellulose Sanding Sealer on Bowls that will be used for Fruit and Salads ?
or is it a big NO NO

i mix with Thinners 50/50

It says on the tin Toy Safe but is is also Food Safe !!!

i do use a food safe Oil
is it OK to use the sander sealer before the food safe oil go on ?

No, you don't need anything before using the food safe oil, the idea is that it penetrates into the wood and the sanding sealer would prevent that. If you want to fill the pores in the wood then wet sand with some of the oil and the slurry will fill the pores similar to how sanding sealer would.
