Sony DSCW30 model.

The lady says she forgot to load the camera up with a card, but used the camera over the weekend and there are pictures on her camera of family but does not have a card to load up to her PC.

However she can see the pics. she took on camera (no card in) but she says there is a memory stick, how does she get the pictures on to her computer please?

I like helping old ladies they are so appreciative if I do. :)

It's got built-in memory. Should come with a USB cable. There will be a teensy-weensy socket on the camera for it.

Does she have a Mac or a PC because there is a subtle secret to getting images from a Sony into a Mac.
