Can anyone advise me on where to get some Timber - larger bulk order.
Want long lengths of 4x4, 3x3, 6x2, 3x2, 6x1.
Would like Light Oak, Beech, or similar.
Live in Lancashire. Have looked at local suppliers - prices are very expensive.

Thanks

4" thick timber will be higher than thinner due to the time it takes to kiln.

Also you are unlikely to buy it in 4x4, 3x3 and 3x2 as hardwood generally comes in wider boards so you will have to saw it down and should allow for waste. I'm assuming you want it sawn, if its prepared you are after then that will put the cost up a lot.

One last thing what do you term a bulk order, I would term bulk as a full pack about 4 cubic meters and thats of each thickness.
