Buffering finish

I was reading another post on here and they said they buffed cellulose sealer what do people use for there buffering just a rag or something else I know it sounds daft but when I do it with a rag it doesn't come up as well as I think it should

if you used a cellulose and have at least 3 coats, once it's fully cured, you could try using car polish or Tcut to bring it up to a good shine. don't go mad with the Tcut though as it can be pretty abrasive
