As that code is for screw on cups you won't find it for System screws you need the standard 3.5x16 for that code.
Its also a duel hinge not an inset hinge unless you plan on using 9mm plates which are not a commonly used pairing so you will have a job finding them cheaply.
What do you call sencible so we won't waste our time with prices wee feel are reasonable
