Black stainless steel 4" hinges

It looks like I'm looking for the holy grail again!
Does anybody know where I can purchase some black stainless steel 4" hinges from.
I can find normal steel with a black finish but not stainless.

Never heard of blacks stainless, I have seen black Chrome though would that work?

I would presume these are stainless steel as they are fire door hinges,

Wait, you have hinges that grow longer in the sunlight? So you have to paint them black to keep them the same size?
