Morning All,

Does anyone know where to get smallish (say, no.4s or 6s) black slotted countersunk screws from? I can't seem to find any.

Thanks

Hi Dave

I just get the right size screw I need ,either brass, steel etc... screw them in to a piece of
scrap timber and spray paint them the colour required.it works a treat.

I can't ever recall seeing slotted black wood screws with countersink heads only domed head. Black drywall screws are countersunk but have a Philips head.I have seen black slotted head machine screws very small though. Sorry

or paint them with tourmaline which turns the steel black chemically...

only with brass / copper far as I'm aware, and just a dip is all that's required.
