I've got quite a list of turners on my subscription feed that I watched (Still watch some!) from when I was into it years ago, here's the majority of them for anyone who's interested:

Anthony Yakonick
Bob Hamilton
Brian Havens
Eddie Castelin
Eddie Castelin (New Channel)
Erik Anderson
Carl Jacobson
Cip Mendez
Frank Howarth
Jake Gevorgian
Jim Overton
Kyle Toth
Martin Saban Smith
Matt Estlea (Does a little bit)
Matt Jordan
Mike Peace
Mike Waldt
Paul Crabtree
Peter Stewart
Rick Morris
Rod Humphrey
Robbie the Turner
Sam Angelo
Simon Gadoury
Stewart Furini
Steve Turner21
Stephen Ogle
Tim Yoder
Woodworking Tools (Turning big stuff in China)

There plenty more too be found if you look around as well, Carl Jacobson and Brian Havens have some of the best instuctional videos (If I remember rightly) Although I would say the ones to watch for technique would be Steve Turner21 and Jake Gevorgian as they are a pleasure to watch and are at one with the tool in their hands  .
