Bendy ply - does it have a 'proper' name?

Sorry - wanton display of ignorance on my part.

I was trying to explain to someone that it's ideal for all sorts of curved surfaces, but, as I've always got by in the past by being given small pieces, I've never actually had to buy it, so don't know what to ask for!

Can someone put me out of my misery please?
