Hi Saleem, I haven't used many others to compare them but I've had this model for about 20 years and it's never let me down. The blade guide design is a bit limited, but it uses standard bearings so they are easy to replace. Put a decent blade from somewhere like Trucut or Tuffsaws on it and it should be fine.
If you can get it at the right price and can move it I'd say go for it
