Axminster AW10BSB2 adjustment help

I've just taken delivery of a new Axminster AW10BSB2 and I'm really chuffed with it but can't get the blade to tilt right up to 90 degrees. I've checked it with a perfect 90degree engineers square and it's off, my digital bevel guage says it's only getting to 89.7 degrees.


Can anyone point me in the direction of the tilt limit screws (hoping it has them!) so I can give it a little extra room to square up. A photo from inside your saw would be brilliant if possible.

Hi Chris,

Give Axminster a ring - in my experience they are extremely helpful with problems such as yours.

Sometimes the locking lever can gradually tighten when turning the handle to angle the blade. Could be happening here
