I have an Axminster 24 volt battery mitre saw purchased around 2003 which is brilliant.
Sadly the charger has died and Axminster do not supply these any longer.
When the charger melted it also melted my spare battery so I am down to one battery and no charger.
Does any one know where I can purchase a suitable charger, mine was beyond repair.
I have thought of purchasing a 24Volt DC supply running off 240Volt but that sort of defeats the object
of having a battery mitre saw.
This saw is perfect for on-site architrave and and mouldings due it's fine cut and portability #-o (hammer)
