Auger files have been pretty thin on the ground in the UK for quite some time, Dichter tools used to have some but sold out about two years ago. I've just about worn my Augur File out and was starting to use "scary sharp" abrasive paper glued to strips of aluminium, it just about did the job but didn't feel as good in the hand when sharpening bits as the proper file.

So it's good to hear that Grobet have gone back into production. In case anyone's looking for an Auger File here's a link, I guess Classic Hand Tools will stock them,

I didn't realise there was such a thing, I just use a small saw-sharpening file
