I started this puzzle in early July and have been working on it periodically since then - - and it's finally done (about seven total hours of cutting). It came from a "Teapot" calendar which included a sheet of postcards of each calendar picture, held together by perforations.

I cut it along color lines, (note that each teapot handle is a singular piece) Each 4 x 6" card has about 50 pieces, with the total of the 12 x 24 puzzle over 600. The wood is 5-ply 1/4" poplar. When I finished I turned it over and wrote numbers on the backs of all the pieces, 1 through 12, one number assigned to each card.

I will package it in two plastic refrigerator bags of six cards each, with the two bags inside another bag. Thus it can be assembled:

- one card at a time, perhaps by many assemblers.

- half (or any combination) at a time

- all at once, for those who want a real challenge and have a big surface.

Great phun! An appropriate activity at tea time? I'd appreciate your comments.

Carter
