Anyone used Vincents Timber- Small Heath, Birmingham please?

Does anyone have anything to say about Vincents please?

I am thinking of Accoya Timber, which seems to be good for sheds and garden stuff. Vincents stock it it seems.

I haven't yet even though it is 2 minutes from my house. I tried to buy some birch ply from them about 6 years ago or so, but at the time i would have had to go to the selly oak branch ( now closed down) as they said they don't deal with the public at the main branch. (hammer)

No worries John, it might have changed now that is their only branch. But having driven passed it thousands of times, it doesn't look like is set up for an individual to just pop in and buy stuff.

I used to buy from Vincent Murphy but assume its not the same company.

It would be a posh shed made in accoya!

Siberian larch seems to be a good option for cladding -cheaper than WR Cedar but similar durability.
