Any Metalworkers?

I am in need of something looking similar to a basic woodturning lathe banjo. Is there anyone on here with a metalworking lathe etc. who could fabricate something like that? I can provide a diagram!

Paul post a basic diagram, fag packet sketch would do, give us better idea if we can help.
Myself or others might just have some odd metal stock to hand and means to produce.
