Any floor finishers out there?

I have to re-finish a hardwood floor I laid abou 30 years ago which will involve sanding back to bare wood. What is the best finish for a really hard wearing satin sheen? The floor is Afzelia so quite dark so will not stand a water based finish if it has that milkyness that some do. I am not opposed to a two part finish if that is the best option and not hugely diffficult to apply.

What is the best finish for a really hard wearing satin sheen?

I always thought A\C finishes were the hardest wearing. Whether they come in satin sheen, I don't know. But due to what they are - I suspect not the easiest to apply.
