Aldi have an array of cheap goodies on their shelves right now, some with a three year guarantee, well worth a visit.

There's also 1/4 inch router bit set and I also spotted some diamond files, there's a lot more stuff, well worth a look if you have a local store.
Ok the electrical stuff isn't as precise as some of the more expensive stuff available, but at these prices and with a 3 year guarantee you can't go wrong.
I bought a cheap SDS drill which is now out of guarantee and still going strong, my mate bought one at the same time and his gave up the ghost fate a couple of years, when he returned it he hit on lucky as they had just got some new stock in so he got a replacement.
