I am reerecting a ceder timber greenhouse. Have checked the timber and it is ceder but it is very dry and no cederish smell when planed. What suggestion would you advice for rejuvinating the wood?

As Tony has said - if you need any protection then use linseed oil, I use boiled as it dries quicker. Western Red Cedar doesn't have much of a smell and isn't the same as Cedar of Lebanon that's used for drawer liners etc.
