I'm thinking of getting some japanese chisels. Currently I'm thinking of getting a couple from Tools from Japan. Both 36mm as I tend to use this size a lot. One a "normal" Oire-nomi for general use by Koyamaichi;

and a paring chisel Usu Nomi, to be set at a lower angle, from the same maker;

Anyone got any experience of these particular chisels or japanese chisels in general who can comment. I'm intending to use these to find out if I want to go down the route of buying more japanese chisels. They're not cheap in my book but hopefully good enough quality to be a good choice. Or should I buy some other make/cheaper chisels to get an idea?
