I'm looking for a way of adding draught seals to an existing external door frame?

I really don't want to be using the ones you screw to the outside of the frame as they don't look too pleasant.

I'll be putting a new door on that I salvaged from a customer where I replace their door and frame.

The door will have a night latch and mortise lock if it makes any difference

Cheers :)

I sometimes machine up some door stops, say 30 x 12 and groove for aquamac 21. These are then fitted to the door frame. It is only possible on door frames with no moulding and a big enough flat. Also sometimes the door pull / key escutcheon is too close to the frame.

I have to do this soon myself, I was going to remove the original stop (probably with a multi tool) and do as Robin says, fit a new stop with an aquamac groove in it.
