Ace & K compressor needs servicing/repair

Hi All,

I've got an Ace & K powermax compressor that needs fixing (I think one of the rubber valves has perished).

I've been looking for someone who can supply spares or do the whole repai/maintenance for me in the Oxfordshire/Wiltshire area.

Anyone know of someone who can do this?

I don't really want to travel too far - and shipping it might be difficult due to size/weight.

Oh, and anyone know where they're actually made? I couldn't find a manufacturers web site for them.

I expect this is one of the badged imported machines that are very common now and virtually no one stock spares as it really is not economic to do so.

The only thing I can suggest is looking at the models in machine mart to find something similar firstly online and then in a shop and see if they can help - you might have to tell fibs about the make of yours but if you can point the the faulty widget, you might be in luck.

You might also try a place that specialised in compressors but be prepared for sucking of teeth etc and spares made of unobtainium.

Maybe post a pic here of the machine and a close up of the part?
