sorry if I got your hopes up. That should have said PEAR! :lol:

This laburnum has been sat around for a couple of years now, cut beautifully. after it was turned and polished a crack appeared near the clove. I'm gutted, it was a competition piece for tomorrow, I just wish the stickers were bigger at the club! (photos right way round now :wink: )

Nice shape and nicely finished. Bet it lasts longer than and real pear - they seem to have a 10 minute window between rock hard and rotten Grrrr!
