Did a job today for a guy who owns a joinery manufacturing shop, windows doors, gates staircase etc etc. lots of industrial machinery .
I've had off cuts of wood for ages off this guy for my wood burner, some boring hardwood for turning etc. Anyway, todays conversation came round to bandsaws (I need one).
To cut the story short, he's offered me a 3 phase machine with 6'' depth cut for £50! His description was, an old one that was made when pride was taken when building machinery. still working so its either a new motor or a converter. I'll see what is cheapest.
