Just so you know that it is more than likely a calibration issue I am running larger format printers and I can quite easily print 500mm 2 prints dimensionally correct using projects sliced in Cura or Simplyfi3D.

All 3D CAD programs will export dimensionally correct and the printer will print it perfectly as long as it has been properly calibrated, there is some great information above about achieving this. A good resource also on Youtube is CHEP especially for Creality Enders.

My friend back in the UK in Birmingham regularly builds and supplies 1 sq metre printable area 3D printers for use in R&D situations and uses a 0.08 to 0.12 nozzles and larger as standard and these all print accurately.

The only real reason for it not to print accurately is the CNC machine itself somewhere it is not calibrated correctly, the same would be said for a CNC Plasma cutter, Laser, Mill, Drill etc etc.
