Snapped three NO5 blades sawing 6mm birch-ply
Blade doesn’t pull out the clamp it actually snaps
Certainly not pushing to hard
Getting a good tone of the blade when tension is set
But is it the right tone
Watched a video on YouTube
Lady using the scroll saw
Said that she always wipes the table with grease proof paper
Before she starts scrolling what would be the reason behind this
Has anyone ever fashioned a bracket for holding the air blower
On the hegner multi cut 2 the new arm pins that fit inside arm bushes
Now come with a 6mm thread tapped inside the new pins
But unfortunately they don’t supply the bracket any more
Would putting a carpet cut on my table top help dampen the vibration
I have my scroll saw bolted to the table but it does sit on the wooden
Floor which I am sure is raised of the ground
Whilst standing on the floor I do feel a slight vibration
Where could I purchase the proper tool for changing the blades on the Hegnar multi cut 2
Or do I just use a normal allen key also a new air line one that you can twist about
Hi
Would anyone be able to help with sizes
Going to try my hand at casting aluminium
Cope and drag are the top and bottom boxes
All advice most welcome
