    I made these about 12 years to make a rocking horse. Been kicking round the cellar ever since so thought I would ask on here before they go to the skip.     Hi, Having my terrace house reroofed. I am on a slight slope so there is a small gable end (approx 2 feet high) between the properties on both sides. The roofer will be relacing all the flashings on "my" side of my chimney. The owner of the adjoining house has come round to say the flashings...

    Sketchup vs Autocad

    I want to plan a range of built in furniture and want to be able to look at it in 3D. I have a copy of Autocad 2006 and can draw 2D stuff OK but find the conversion to 3D projection difficult because it is far from intuitive (at least I find it so!). From the threads on this forum Sketchup...

    Parkinson Perfect 16 Vice

    Just bought one of these off ebay. It's in good nick but was wondering if anyone else had one and specifically if anyone knew the size and thread for the tapped holes in the jaws? (for fixing the wooden jaws) I assume they will be imperial but it's a big old lump and don't want to carry it down...
