Sold. EZ smart rail system and saw

Think most people will be aware of this system, it’s done me well but I have upgraded to a Festool. I’d like it to go on to someone else if it’s of use. Here you have a complete kit to enable sawing and routing panel materials. The EZSmart system is an alternative to Festool which uses a base...

    Car spray adhesive

Would this work? http://www.megavanmats.com/apps/webstor ... ow/2395032 I used on lining carpet and also roof lining, the roof lining was perforated vinyl type, like that found in old Minis etc. So neither that likely to stain.

Brilliant Steve thanks for the help. It has the wire cradle I wasn't sure what to do with this will have to have another look now. It's really bad! I borrowed a straight edge from Oryxdesign, and used it will feeler guages. But you didn't need feeler guages to see the approx 1mm gap on one...

Help with my Kity 636 p/t

I posted a wanted for a benchtop planer/thicknesser... but ended up getting something a little larger! This was taken when I first got it... hence no outfeed table. I've spent a day setting up and adjusting and having a go with it but do have a couple of questions/problems. Both tables need...

Monster New Bedroom Build - Finished - At Last

Looks really good, particularly like the "hidden desk" I really wouldn't want to use acid cat in the house, however well masked and sealed the room is it smells bad! Also spraying constructed with awkward corners you may need a couple of coats with rubbing down between, all best done in the...

    Advice on wooden sign please

I work in the signs business... although normally all metal and plastic! I have worked with oak and slate before though it was a slate panel joined to an oak totem. The way we did that was to drill the slate, glue plastic rods in and then glue this into corresponding holes in the oak. Used...

Aother Project from my Auction Purchased English Cherry

Really impressive work. And some of the grain in that cherry - especially the close up of the lid is beautiful! As for the insides, not sure if it would be suitable for you and the intended use but I have used Chestnut lemon oil in draws with success. Even after a couple of years still gives...
