    Repair cracks and splits

    Hi Colarris, You can drill a hole at the end of the split and glue and insert a dowel, this will stop the split running any further. Hope this helps.

    Hi, As a newbie myself I think that it looks really good. I haven't yet mastered the chisels but, am still trying, wheras you seem to be coming on in leaps and bounds. I can only hope that one day it will all click into place, but I will have fun trying. Keep up the good work. Keith
