I have been looking at cutting some 1/4" ply with a picture glued to it, about A4 size. I would like to make this an interlocking jigsaw that are usually made from cardboard. Does anyone know where I can get the design pattern that I can use to cut out the shaped pieces ??

I have used a hot glue gun to attach wood to a wooden faceplate. Just running glue around the outside diameter was enough to allow he turning of a foot to hold in the machine chuck. It was just a matter of sticking the piece in the microwave on full power for 30 seconds or so and the two pieces...
