Cheers guys
Yeah it has a small plinth about 30mm but the floor runs out a mile so I trimmed the left unit down lower and packed the right unit.
I had all the parts cut and edged by my supplier apart from the angled bit that I cut out of a spare shelf. It's all domino'd and pocket hole screws. I even used a few domino's on the centre joint to help align the two units. That worked very well , i then run a bead of glue top to bottom and clamped the two units together to avoid any visible fixings.
The right hand end is wider than the rest of the bookcase so I could scribe it to the wall. There's also a 30mm rip on the left which I domino'd to the side and scribed to the wall before fitting.
My board supplier also did the shelf pin holes for me, I was going to make a jig and router them but ended up getting them done.
Yeah those are spare shelves at the top.
Oh and yes the angled bit was a template job, went slightly wrong and there was a bit of a panic on fitting day but managed to fix it with a bit of festool magic
