Wenge Veneer

Guys,

Anyone got a supplier for Wenge Veneer and Wenge Iron on Edging strip. I have to make up a custom made unit to fit into a Wenge Bathroom and it seems to be a fairly rare wood.

Silvermans 01268 246800 this is my branch not sure for you but sure they will help, they may have to order wenge boards in.
Ney have a website, google it and it should come up, they are a major machine supplier as well.

I did some bathroom furniture in wenge earlier this year, used preveneered MR MDF, iron on edging and regular veneer for wider areas. Got it all from Souuth London Hardwoods

Try Crispins in the 'smoke' for veneer - got some wenge veneer from them last year - what they haven't got in the way of veneer isn't worth knowing about, good web site too - Rob
