It's not new, but I think it's still worth saying (I work in the Health Service, I know these things ...)
A lever on the work-holding clamp on my Nobex mitre saw has broken. I contact Axminster as I know they sell these ... although I didn't buy the saw from them ... to ask if replacements are available. A brief exchange of e-mails ... and Axminster have arranged with Nobex to send me a couple of replacements free of charge!
