Lonsdale73, don't worry if you waxed before the oil had had a good long time to cure. Waxing early is not at all uncommon, in fact practically nobody waits for a finish to cure before waxing these days; full cure times are from weeks to months and who has that kind of time any more?

So rest assured the finish will complete curing under the wax.
